Kone has gradually been improving his game. He has a tremendous upside & he is finally starting to show his potential.
He could be a difference maker for Canada in the World cup!
Canada has great quality & depth with their backs, if they can overcome their constant injury bug.
If Kone can perform well, they have 4 excellent Midfielders. They are slso strong on the Wings & with their goaltenders & if they can establish a consistent goal scoring Striker to play with Jonathan David, they will have a good chance of going pretty far in the World cup.
Canada has always played well at home, even when they had poor teams. Unfortunately they play less than 5% of tournament matches st home, compared to the U.S., who must play over 95% of their tournament matches at home.
The U.S. have only won 3 of their last 14 matches played in Canada.
