Toronto? If I was Knapper I’d call Wrexham and ask how much they’d pay. If Sargent is gunning for US national team in WC, he’d have better visibility to American ”soccer” fans through Wrexham than a Canadian MLS club.

#1 priority is to make Clement happy. If we sell Sargent and PC feels he was lied to about building for the future / the club aren't ambitious / he's not being backed etc then he might walk and we'd lose a coach getting the most out of our players.
At the end of the day.. if he wants to go ..let him…..he's done well…I think most fans would not be angry and would understand if he wanted to go …nothing is forever …Clement says he's going nowhere ..that for Mr doesn't help the situation….it's negative….We can get another striker in …either in loan til end of season ..or a permanent deal. .with crnac out for a while ..its important to get someone in a s a p ..O T B C ..💚💛
Ipswich fan here,ive heard rumours that were interested in him.But i feel we will get held to ransom in a dragged out affair.I dont like players who get in a strop like Nunez did.Sargent is good but not 20 million plus good.

If Sarge goes, he’s not been great recently in a period Makama has shined. Take the money and reinvest

I’d always sell any player that wants out, no matter how good they are. He’s no good to us in our position and PC clearly won’t have it!
Slap a £25 million price tag on him right away.
Then he can spend his time on the bench as Makama is doing really well
If he starts to generate bad feelings amongst the squad, then instant discipline including suspension from the first team squad, and finance.
If we do get a decent offer with add on's then a speedy goodbye might be best.
Give Clementte another chance to make the team his.
His managerial experience may actually sort out the whole thing.
