The basis of the appeal is he was travelling away from goal. Kabore was tripped and in process lost possession of the ball. Fact. He was past the last man and if not tripped would still be in control of the football. Fact. If he was in control of the football he would have been heading towards goal. Fact. That is unless he had left his compass at home….a more realistic basis for lack of direction.
People going on about more signings but how many players do we need? We must have about 50 if you take into account the loaned out players. It must be costing a fortune to pay them all.

The Birmingham guy is on £6,500 a week at Birmingham. It's not clear how much of that Hearts are paying. It's estimated to be at least half of that.

I think you might be right about Leonard's wages putting him out of our reach. Also, if he performs well for the rest of the season Birmingham may decide he's worth holding onto and giving more of a chance. Either that or another Championship side come in for him and will also be able to offer him a deal that is out of our pay range. There's also the question of what sort of fee Birmingham might be looking for if they were willing to sell him and whether that would be a price we'd be willing to pay. I'd imagine JTA will probably identify better value options.
Do not on any account rush Shanks or Cammy back early. No point whatsoever I risking their return for the Aberdeen game (which we should definitely be able to win anyway without them) when after that there is a two week break for internationals. Leave them to benefit from another two week rest period, make sure they’re fine, then unleash them for the closing stages of the season.
I’d be reasonably happy if the game against Utd got cancelled. We only have two games in the whole of March, Cammy and Shanks should be back, Utd will be playing for nothing by then, pitches and conditions should be a bit better which would suit us, new signings in and up to speed by then etc. Happy to play this weekend too obviously as it’s a good opportunity to put more pressure on the gruesome twosome. But a cancellation would not be bad news by any means in my book.
Still think in our squad we have gone a bit too heavy on quantity over quality. We have a squad of about 32 players. We don’t need that many. We should have cut away about 7/8 and brought in 2 bits of top drawer quality at our budget level.
Still 2 OF derby matches to come, so at least one of them will drop points in those, hopefully 2 draws so they both drop 4 points, or next best 1 draw and a Celtic win so Rangers drop 5 and Celtic 2. Just got to focus on taking each game as it comes, and try and tick off as many wins as possible.
Forget about Rangers and Celtic results – lets win this on our own!

When I think of a title race, I can only ever get back to 1986, and although I was just a young lad, I distinctly remember it wasn't really until the Dundee Utd game at Tannadice, which I think, and someone can correct me if I am wrong, we only had Aberdeen, Clydebank and Dundee to play. So even then, when you take Aberdeen and Dundee Utd, who were winning titles and cups back then, so folk could be forgiven for thinking "why not Hearts" and yet, folk were still not convinced until we had 3 games left to play.
Glanced up and wondered WTF Joel was wearing on his head, then I realised it was his Ceiling light…..
I feel nauseous before every game now, constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop, I'm 43, my nerves can't take this!

We may not be touching on Celtic conspiracies but I recently had a Palestinian dentist come to work in Scotland and I immediately stuck my foot in and took him to his first game.
