As you say CJ, we have signed players who have been on fire at their previous club and come to us and done, well, nothing really. The prefect example of the opposite is, as you point out, none other than the god, that is Brian Laudrup.
I'm excited to have Skov at our Club and for me, I would put Mikey Moore on the left and Skov on the right. I think Gassama has strangely gone off the boil since Danny Röhl came to us. Strange, because we all know that it was his performances under Danny at Sheffield Wed. that brought him to our attention. Is that because he isn't getting played on his favoured left wing, possibly, as the odd time we've seen him there he has shown flashes of what he gave us under Martin but last night v Annan he struggled to find a teammate with even the most simplest of passes. As much as I'm a "play our own players before loanee's" type guy, we are in a TITLE RACE (oh, how good is it to say that) and so going on current form that's why I say Moore on the left and Olsen on the right. Give the lad the ball and tell him to go and destroy teams.
All we need now is an experienced CB and a striker (anything added to that is a bonus) and we can say that this was a very good transfer window.
I agree CJ, the Chairman, Andrew Cavanagh and our owners have made a statement of intent with our signings this window, rectifying mistakes made in the summer and with the signing of Skov it is a major statement of intent.
I had that sinking feeling at the start of the transfer window that we wouldn't buy until a few were sold first. The way the owners have went about their business has been a pleasant surprise, what a signing this is 👌

It's hard to not get excited about how and wher the club seem to be going under the new mob , this lad should be good enough to have a positive impact for us and if so I'm confident we will buy him , though I'm still triggeted about the insanity of not signing Cerny and do believe Cerny may be better when it comes to numbers like goals in a season , if at 26 he's succesful with us it's unlikely crazy money will be offered for him as he will be in his late 20s by that time so he could be an on field asset for upto 10 yrs , and sometimes reliability on field is equally important as financial gain offield

The best players in the world are have physicality – Ronaldo 6'2", De Bruyne 5'11" etc – and we play against hammer throwers like Gogic, so wee terrier types are not what we need. Olsen's injury background is (hopefully) long behind him … and I personally can't wait to see him tearing up the right wing and turning tierney inside out.

Danny Rohl is a guy that Rangers supporters have been crying out for.
He gets the Rangers fans, and has a very logical approach.
Skov-Olsen is the type of signing Rangers have needed.
Also worth noting his time at Bologna he was deployed primarily as a Right wing back with the system they played at the time.
