I would have liked to have also heard how they feel about having the speed of Davies & Bombito in the back, transitions the momentum of the match over to an aggressive offensive approach & the same with playing with Eustaquio & Kone.
I definitely think that a lot of the media & fans underappreciate.what Clyle brings to the game, even when he's not scoring; but now that he is scoring with his club & his confidence is back, I think that he should start every Friendly match, so that they can build up their rhythm & cohesion again by the WC.
I hope that Marcelo Flores plays more in this next match, as he looked very impressive with how he dribbles with the ball & how he took players on one-on-one. I would also like to see Marshall-Rutty get some playing time, as he looked very good playing for NY Red Bulls versus Toronto FC recently.
I don’t think its hyperbole to say that KJ might be one of the best soccer journalists in the world. I haven’t seen another person especially in the soccer landscape in Canada that pays attention to more detail and understanding to the game. He’s so good at connecting with players with his research and knowledge. I hope we see lots of KJ during the WC. Wish he was on the TSN panel as an analyst.
If any of the media team are watching, (respectfully) the microphone David is wearing needs the pad enabled so the gain is staged down and it doesn't clip. I believe that exact mic was clipping in the interview with Marcelo as well. Otherwise, great content as usual!!
