      Play 3-5-2 ! unlikely, that happens just like gio staying on the wing, put dest on the f-in right. He won’t go to that formation he’s gonna go 3-4-3… gr8 ? About gio and swapping Brendan. Sgt should still start he’ll link better w. Pulisic and gio if he doesn’t show anything in 45 take him out

      What exactly are we doing here? 0-0 draw with El Salvador is a disgrace. Where is the sense urgency? Where are the leaders of this team? It's like everyone is going through the motions. This is an absolutely pathetic result.

      It would of been 1-0 in favor of El Salvador but the referee didn’t see the penalty which was clear. So the draw is definitely your best option for this particular game. Now the pressure is winning against Canada 🇨🇦 it’s a home game.

      To be honest it was horrible player position konrad and dest both cut through the same line to mid . And Reyna on the right was horrible he should of been in the mid and aaronson was the worst player on the field . And Adam was a beast and west to and the defense was solid . We need a solid striker . That field was horrible

      Do any of the great national teams decide ahead of time that it's going to be a sh1thouse game? No. They do not. They may adjust their game plan somewhat based on a more or less physical opponent. But they don't throw out the most basic principles of the game. They play their game. They play some kind of organization .

      El Salvador were more organized in every facet of the game than we were. Bad habits all over the field. I mean, there's so much to be criticized… I'll just say that in every way conceivable we played to their strengths not ours.

      It was the worst game I've seen us play in years. Literally any of FIFAs top 50 would have beaten us in this game, and we didn't deserve the point we got.

      And it's all on Berhalter. What an incredible waste of the amazing talent we have.

      People hating a lot but you got to understand El Salvador has never been an easy win, people got to just stop hating especially since we got a point with an overall inexperienced young team. Plus there gonna be a lot of rotation since they are playing like 3 games in one week

      Just from what I observe he is seemingly OK with this result. IMO, he should -be super concerned and pissed at the overall sloppy performance. It is one thing if you play well and dominate but dont get the win. We easily could have lost . We are 10th in the world , these games are MUST wins and all this talk about away concacaf games being so tough is an excuse that is getting really old.

      So basically they were scared of fireworks blamed the fans for being passionate said the field was trash cause it was real grass….. Barcelona defender getting cooked by a player from the local league lmfao

      Quicker, first to the ball, win the 50/50's but even then it is still LOW QUALITY getting the ball into the NET, had at least 2 wide open shots at goal……cannot miss those at this level.

      man i knew the comment section would be irrational but my goodness. it makes me feel like this is the first time a lot of usa fans are actually paying attention to the qualifiers … this is good to be sure; shows more interest but really really need to understand that we have a bunch of european players now who traveled far, are young, and are playing on the worst field they've played on in years — point is everyone calm down … of course …. talk to me again on sunday lol

      I don't know but this coach is not really that good. I watch others games and I seen they play and I dont see accion , moves I don't see attacks with intention . It looks like they go to play with no plan what so ever they need more coordination. a soccer player is got to be like fox , sneaky, alert like deer and fast like a bullet. A lot of times they stand like posts waiting for the ball. Also they don't look around they all look at the ball and they dont know where the enemy is. Lot to teach and learn.
      Last knight did not show the game any where , was it ppv???

      USMNT can only get a draw against a country the size of New Jersey. The Coach should be outraged, not passively suggesting "We could have done better"
      It would be nice to have a football team that was not an embarrassment in the football world.

      Play your BEST PLAYERS and STOP EXPERIMENTING. It is as if Greg has to do something unique (and gratuitous) just to make his mark. Reyna wide? Yedlin MF? Then you need to get rid of this mentality of playing not to lose this is embarrassing except for the fact that El Salvador is real good I'm glad they got the draw against the United States those El Salvadorian players deserve props

      "we got the draw!" So? These guys play in the top European leagues the stress on them there is more than this type of game. This mentality has to stop it's weak typical millennial mentality and Greg you're better than that you're not a millennial you got heart you played in the best leagues. El Salvador is very good though

      There are no easy road games in concacaf. These games are a huge deal for host countries. Even Mexico is sub .500 in road concacaf qualifying games. Im pleased el salvador didnt come close to scoring and disappointed we couldn't find the back of the net once.

      Tall chain-linked fencing and guards with riot shields. I thought the game was played in Portland until I didn't see anything on fire in the background.

      We need to keep things simple. Play players where they play in their clubs to keep them comfortable. Dest at RB, Reyna at mid etc. Also, train them in trash Fields so they get used to it and stop complaining.
