      His first sentence was to get out of there with a point. This whole campaign is a waste with him at the helm with the talent we have.

      Berhalter is just doing what the MLS tells him. US soccer MUST separate completely from the MLS. The MLS wanted their players playing and this happened. Berhalter is there to do their bidding and USA soccer will not be good until he and they are out of it.

      All I hear from Gregg is squad rotation, rest my players, blah blah blah. Dude you put your best starting 11 on the field, let them thrash the opponent for 50-60 min, put some goals in and then take it easy when your up 3-nil. Then make a few subs for guys who either look tired or you don't want to get injured. Also I'm tired of hearing lack of experience as an excuse. This team has plenty of experience and experience never ever makes up for lack of talent on the pitch. I think playing champions league football more than makes up for their young age. I'd take an 20 year old playing in champions leage over a 28 year old below average MLS player any day. You can't claim to me Pulisic, Reyna, Mckinney, Dest, Richards, Adams, Sargeant, and Aaronson are too inexperienced and that poor performances are excusable due to lack of experience! There is no excuse here this is the best team we have ever had and Gregg is snuffing Hoppe for Arriola and own goal Zardez. Wtf. GTFO Gregg. USSF you suck for hiring Greg.

      Wanna know the best way to grow MLS? Put a team on the pitch that actually makes people want to watch the game regardless of what club they play for. That is what will make people enthusiastic about the game! No one wants to see Zardez, Leget, Arriola, and Roldan anymore. We want Hoppe, Aaronson, Pepi, Richards, and Musah!

      This game was just sad.

      These players (while not all) show why they are not starters. Berhalter and his staff are not good enough to lead an international team. The word "professional" in this context relating to US soccer has a seriously low standard when compared to the other big international teams. Seriously, we get away with a lot and this coach or the upper echelons probably thinks it's good enough.

      It's one-dimensional football and tactless. The media and some noticeable commentators that are so pro Mens US don't help by painting a different "rosier" narrative. I'm just tired of squeaking by every game 😑. Get this coach and his staff out of the international stage; eradicate this cookie cutter, textbook style playing mentality out of US soccer as a whole, it's time for real progress. There's so much potential in this country being held back by it's old mundane views of what soccer is instead of focusing on what it can be.

      We get a single point or less vs Costa Rica at home is grounds for termination. Feels like Klinsman all over again

      Greg has asked YouTube to take this video down, becuase it has the most lopsided ratio of dislikes to likes in the history of videos…FOR GOOD REASON!

      Also 100% of the 600 comments are ALL negative! This should warrant a press story itself!

      Here's the #1 reason Greg lost: Not starting Pepi, is like not starting Messi. Pepi was our Messi for this game, based on his magnificent performances the 2 games prior. But then you bench him!? WTF Greg!?

      WHAT MORE DOES PEPI HAVE TO DO TO BE VALUABLE ENOUGH TO START, especially with no Pulisic, Renya & Mckennie?? Hat tricks!?

      Greg gets asked about a few players not in the lineup, including Pepi. He addresses the others, but skips Pepi!? I guess becuase what could he say? There's no good excuse.

      And where the F is Dike? He's got that height & strength we lack up front, and he's far better than Zardes. But Dike isn't even on the team.

      Bruce Arena (who I trained under when he was UVA coach) was likely rolling over in his bathtub watching the game and/or this video.

      When players fuck up, they run laps or sprints. When coaches fuck up, they should have every single one of these comments read to them.

      I’m not a manager and even I knew we were in trouble when I saw that starting group and the changes. He is either really stupid or so smart we just can’t understand. No More excuses!!! No more excuses!! We should demand more from our players and our coaches. What other countries put up with this shit!! This is not acceptable. If our coach doesn’t know or can’t motivate maybe he just shouldn’t be there

      It was frustration to watch players passing ball backward through out the game and not a single shot, the mental side preparation for the game was't there and its on Coach. I also don't like him threats players like chase pieces, look those world top teams they always have same 11 starters almost never changes. They refine the best players play together and get better and betters. also I never understand why guys like Lletget, Acosta were around all the time, that game showed my judgement was right, they need to go.
