I don't get this at all I thought Chelsea fans wanted a sitter in the mould of Casemiro or Rodri. This guy ain't a sitter he's more Kante esque he's everywhere trying to win the ball. I don't think he can be a midfield anchor in a 3 he's more right side in a pivot or right of a 3. Lavia makes the most sense imo he can actually hold and doesn't really go forward. At £45mil he's a steal
I think we need proper DM like Rodri/Casemiro, just pure blood DM and that is just Rice, just pay for him tbo, Chelsea no more need so many players so just buy quality instead of quantity.
First just pay for Rice and his atributes goes really insane with Enzo. We will finally be able to take advantage of its potential in front.
After that Ugarte/Koné/Caiceido would be great addition but only if kovacic leaves (which is real possibility). They reminds me more of his role than proper DM.
