Hakan is cooler, better on through passes and key passes +plays a faster rythm
Vlasic is more physical, better exploiter of wide areas, better in crosses and some short passes and defensive duties
Both are top long rangers
I think vlasic alone can not fully replace hakan but a good shuffling between him and brahim diaz by pioli would mostly do
