I watched the game with great joy, a lot of improvement especially defensively. Gradually the team turning the corner.
Jutgla needs to check his shoulder when he’s checking to the ball. He checks all the way down to mid field and lays off the ball every time. There are times when he has 20-30 yards of space and instead of turning and taking the space he lays it off and they just play back.
We lack quality upfront and urgency in midfield. sometimes too slow in transition give too many back and sideways passes, we need to drop one between Frankie and Busi to bring in an attacking midfielder.
My concern with Frankie is not just the fact that he loses balls. It is his attitude,his reaction after losing the ball. No sense of urgency.
You give Frankie the ball and the next thing you see is him trying to pass it to someone at the back. His attitude is crap. And that has nothing to do with "playing out of his natural position"
That 6 minutes added time abde should have just cross instead of dribbling.

This team did well today. With Ansu Fati, Ferran Torres, Cavani, Pedri and Dani Alves Barca will be much stronger. I think if the team continue like this top 4 is very achievable.

Gavi a 6? Dembele a 6? I mean damn, outstanding performance but with these ratings given it didn't seem like it. Gavi and Dembouz were PHENOMENAL, if Dembouz scored that goal he would of probably got a 8 but tbh regardless he deserves AT LEAST a 7.5 with Gavi also AT LEAST a 7.

You have dembele a 6… You said he had so many opportunity to drive at the opponent and didn't do that? What game were you watching? He had 23 progressive carries (carries out 5+ meters forward) last night, that's more than any one has had in a single game this season except vinicius.
Again what game did you watch. He created a majority of barca's danger. You docked him for having some bad corner kicks? What about the majority of corners and crosses that were good and barca had no one to get on the end of?
We used to complain about him losing the ball but he barely did that at all last night and now he's being criticized for not being daring enough?
Especially when jutlga and others ignored his runs on multiple occasions??
If we actually had an elite finisher we'd be able to capitalize off of his play. But my friend, I think you should rewatch the games or at least the highlights on YouTube. He was our best player going forward by far.
I just don't know why we will not shoot when we are in the area. We keep on passing even when it's clear we have to shoot. If we will not shoot how do we score? Goalkeepers are caught off guard when a shot is from afar yet we will not shoot. We have been doing this all the time.
