Southgate has decent man management but is very lacking tactically and does not take enough risks. For a generation of attaching talent playing 3 atb is not it

I think Southgate has an immensely talented squad and should at least make it to the semis. Anything less than that should be seen as underachieving.
Gareth Southgate is a top coach for england but hus style of play lacks many players strengths as in with this group of players he can go on and play 4-2-3-1 or even 3-4-3 (with super high tempo gameplay) with 3 at back the team already has a good backup for defence herein he can use the strengths of both reece james and trent. With trent crossing and James's physicality by playing james as rw and trent as rwb or vice versa. Whereas on the other flank play either of the two chilwell or shaw and keep them 75-25 rate defence and attack. And use kane with height and strength as a target man with either of the Bellingham foden sterling mount as light targets. And for rotation can go for trippier on right flank with sterling left flank sancho foden mount and so and so.
Southgate has done better than most English managers but for the players we have we should be winning euros and upcoming tournaments but not under his management
I don't like Southgate I think he's boring and not a good manger at all I wanna see someone like Potter with England it would be exciting
We shouldn't drop players who play well for England just because they aren't playing well for club, because those playing well for their club could flip under international pressure

Gareth Southgate is not the best manager for England tbh. He can’t fully utilise England’s attacking options. What England needs is a manager that can get it to play possession and attacking football.

I love Southgate, but we either need a more attacking coach, or a change in tactics. We have too much attacking talent to waste it on a back 3 and a double pivot

If rashfords pen went two inches to the right (looking at the goal), this video wouldn't exist. Nor would any of the Southgate videos.
A Mason Mount + Declan Rice might be the wooooorst midfield i have ever seen. Rice has barely any technical ability as is, and Mount does not have the ball carrying ability and discipline to play that deep. And, when there's no LWB available, play Kyle Walker off the left and play Stones and Tomori at CB and LCB

I feel like England’s expectations of the team is too high because after draws against two decent teams people are calling for him to go. This man got us to the euros final and the players are tired after playing a full season of football. People callibg for him to go are delusional in my opinion.

He needs to get the team on the front foot in games. Offense can be the best form of defense with the current tactics he’s using is just inviting pressure. He has the talent to make England exciting going forward and a great back line, so he doesn’t need to be too defensive minded.

There's definitely a case that could be made for the inclusion of Henderson Foden and if hell were to freeze over, James Maddison. Three at the back doesn't allow for effective control of the midfield, which, if I remember correctly, was our downfall against both Italy and Croatia. Strange how teams who enjoy the lions share of possession of the ball, tend to win more than they lose.
I agree with your opinion but… Just let Gareth did his best and prove he deserve to be England's manager. Lets see and enjoy the show.
