Busquets is way more technical and better in smaller spaces when pressed (his feints are more subtle). Also he uses les touches to progress the play, usually 1 or 2. Stones carries the ball more, he is also much faster than (prime) Busquets. Defensively Busquets mostly profited from exceptional positioning, intercepting the ball and winning aerials. Stones has a bit more physical style if it comes to that.
