      I can see Irsay of the Colts buying in to the hype of Richardson and doing what ever it takes to moving up to grab him. That’s when the rest of the teams in the league stand and cheer!😂

      Texans are not ready for their franchise QB, get the #1 top edge rushing prospect at #2 & then again at pick number #12 get one of those top 3 CB prospects – Devin Witherspoon, Gonzalez & Joey Porter Jr. They already have 3 great DBs, this would complete your starting secondary and add an elite edge rusher to impose his will to cause hurried/bad/forced/panic'd throws and allowing that elite secondary to make a meal of the QBs bad day. Its the perfect recipe for a new HC to start from, plus QB – Caleb Williams and WR Marvin Harrison Jr are coming to the draft next year, and they are considered actually elite prospects. And the Texans have 2 picks in the 1st round again next year, so i would rebuild that defense Bill O'Brien destroyed before getting canned. No need to bring a rookie QB into a horrible situation, getting some elite defensive studs can change the locker room chemistry real fast.

      I don't care for the rubik's cube analogy because the RC just takes some innate intelligence and a some reps of practice to learn to solve it quickly, whereas I think it is much more difficult to project NFL stardom for any college QB not named Elway/Marino/Luck.

      GM position has become like a Fortune 500 CEO. Quick hook, quarterly earnings are the only thing that matters not a 5 year plan. Take big swings because if you’re not a playoff team in 2 years you’re fired. Never-mind that your series of wild big swings might ruin the team for 10 years if you miss and force the next GM to take even wilder swings.

      I wasn't a huge Jalen Hurts fan, but I admire his work ethic, and his coachability. He has progressed from a "running back that sometimes throws", to a full scale elite quarterback. Bravo, Jalen. (I still love Patrick Mahomes, Jr. but Patrick is the best qb of all time.)

      Media people are Idiots. Kyle Trasks stats coming out of Florida were literally TWICE as good as Richardson, yet Trask got overlooked and talked bad about, but Richardson is the "Second Coming"?…GTFOH with that BS.

      Potential is the most dangerous thing in the draft because nobody knows if you will ever reach it. Jamarcus Russell comes to mind. Blew the scouts away with his ability and washed out in 3 years.

      I loved hearing the qb guru guy talking about how so much goes into how a qb turns out. He could get drafted in a good situation and be great or a terrible and bust out

      Re projects, it's a fair point. From an Indy fan, were Andrew Luck and Trevor Lawrence the last professional ready college quarterbacks drafted over the last ten to fifteen years?
