Player like Conor Gallagher should be protected even though we went through a tough spell whenever he was called upon he gave it his all. You would see other players walk around but he would be running his lungs out. Want players in my club who want to be at the club.
As a Chelsea fan I love and respect his commitment to the club, half of squad wants out and wanted out all season last year, the ones who love Chelsea deserve to stay. He is young, under right guidance his game can improve vastly, however you can't buy heart and love of a club. That, currently at Chelsea, is much bigger problem than the quality of players.
