Is it better to pick out a target right in front of the ball that is lined up with the ultimate target, or should you pick out the ultimate target right from the beginning? Thanks Shawn.

I love the simplicity of the advice that you give. My wife thinks that my selection of hammers and axes are for DIY!! Question – When on the course am I allowed to 'make' an intermediate point? For example laying the blade of my iron to dent the turf?
That range looks awesome. We just got hit with snow here in Utah, so bummed the season is over I had my best golf season ever. Shot under par in every tournament i played this year which I’ve never done before and shot my personal best (-8, 63) I’ve never had a lesson but been watching wisdom in golf for 6 years. Shawns videos just remind me keep the game simple. Target and task.
How do I replicate this at home into my net, at the moment i mark the ball with a marking pen and make sure I am hitting the ball in the centre,

What’s the best way of doing this in a net Shawn? Visualising a pretend target, or focussing more on the starting point of the flight plan? e.g. ‘I’m gonna start it a hair left of the Keep Out sign’ 🙂
How far in front of the ball
Is your “intermediate point”? Yesterday I made my intermediate point 12-15” in front. That may have been to far from the ball?
