Alternatively, Tuchel has talked of moving James to the three at the back. Evidently Silva, as good as he is, can’t play twice in a week and with Saar, Empadu and Colwill apparently not what Tuchel wants, Chelsea need players who can play in a three, as right or left back and wing backs. With no prolific scorer up front, a fair share of Chelsea’s goals will have to come from their midfield and defence.
