Anyone who hasn’t really sparred doesn’t really know whats going on. Ryan was testing angles and working on what works in his defence the whole time, especially with that new philly shell and not over committing to his left hooks.
Give him time, the crazy knockouts will come. He’s definitely getting way better defensively.

Ryan needs to be trained by Freddy Rouch. He really has skills, but he needs to know more boxing. If you observed he didn't even know, he hurt the guy, was lucky + his natural power. Ryan, go and train with Freddy bro, he is gonna make you one of the best boxers.

Ryan noticeably lacks in two area's, which are footwork and close range defense and offense. Two critical components why he will never be a world champion. He is only long range restricted to either forwards or backwards engagement, not very diverse which allows compromise.
I don't see Ryan Garcia winning over Shakur in this type of performance. I am a fan of both, though.

Garcia has some fast hands but his defense is terrible. That whole turning to the side thing looks like something a 5th grader might do in schoolyard scuffle.
This defo wasn't Ryan's fight. He looks scared and was off balanced most of the time. I also don't understand why his stance was so to the side? That exposes the kidneys and also disturbs your balance. Definitely weird in my opinion
