I don't think he will fit well into the Barca system sadly 😢
You'd think people would have clocked it by now. Onana is not a DM that Barca look for. DM at Barca need to have that positioning and ball IQ initiating the Barca attack from the back. Onana does not have that. Yes he's great at defending and running and covers a lot of ground from a defensive side. Barca normally always have the most possession. Great player if he wants to come and be a reserve. But as that pivot Barca are searching, never im afraid

I’ve been saying this for months he will fit perfectly cause Barca seems to change their system a little bit to make it more modern. I’ve heard also that they are trying to step away from the traditional pivot so I think if you want a more of a modern one onana will be great he is really smart, fast, strong and hard working.
