What are you using for head cement? It seems like you get a smooth and shiny bead-like head with one coat while I can still see the individual wraps on my heads after three coats. I would think I'd want the head cement to soak in for strength, but yours seems to lie on the surface.

Hello Steve, do you actually fish using these flies or are they for promotion? If you do fish with the flies, on which rivers? Also are you based in Canada. I have just started tying flies for salmon fishing and I really appreciate your style of tying. Also like the videos in actual speed.
