2. NAGELSSMAN
3. De Zerbi

Flick will change the strength, desire and discipline of the Barca squad. I hope he arrives in Barca if not Nagelssman is also a good option. De Zerbi and Conte… are emergency prospects in my eyes because De Zerbi is like Xavi personality and game and the second is completely different in terms of playstyle playing mostly with 3 defenders. Flick somehow produced one of the worst national teams Germany has ever seen, but probably the best single season I've ever seen, that Bayern side was unstoppable. However I don't see him fitting well at Barca in the slightest. He seems like he'd be a perfect fit to replace Alonso at Bayer should he leave. Their style of players over the pitch seem like they would suit his system very well.

Some people might say that the problem isn't Xavi but it's the players, while I might agree with that, the problem with Xavi is that he isn't finding a solution for those problems, like some selfishness and bad decision making, he could've made a lot better on those aspects which would've definitely gave us a much better result.
I'm from germany and after watching the "all or nothing" series on the national team at the WC in qatar almost nobody in germany thinks Hansi Flick is a great coach anymore. He lost a lot of his reputation that he build with that Bayern team very quickly. I really hope Barca does not sign him. He is a bit of a laughing stock in germany with his "grey goose" comparison in that documentary.
I think currently you can only lose as a coach for barcelona, their issues are way deeper than just replacing the coach.

flicks time at germany was harsh for him… there was lack of relationship with the players and more butting heads than any tactical development. he was fighting a losing battle
