They should have kept Freddie and Dorsey.
This is why we are always on the bottom. No one can draft, no one can agree with anything. Why would anyone want a job in Cleveland when they know its one & done. I am afraid he will go somewhere else with his team to get a fresh start, I don't think we will get the protest to keep the team in Cleveland, most might say good riddance.

I'm praying to god we actually get a cohesive HC and GM…they actually play it smart and build off our roster instead of a tear down…trade away the bad apples whom dont wont to be here…and build up in FA and in the draft. But you better find someone who believes in Baker and can offer him a scheme to his pros. Need someone whom has a lot of experience and leadership as a HC

Did moneyball get the A's to the World Series? has this philosophy done anything tangible for the Cleveland Browns? other than getting us talent where are the wins? we need people who have been a part of many super bowl appearances. Josh from Barberton and Nick from Lyndhurst. Ditch Paulie D and the moneyball nonsense. So what Josh walked away from Indy. William Stephen Bellichick did the same thing and what happened to the next team HE coached? multiple superbowls. History can repeat itself with Bill's football sons.
To be honest they should get someone who can work with the coach not overrule him and not disagree with everything. Dorsey and Kitchens got along but Kitchens sucked and Dorsey wanted to keep him another only because he could control him. Get the coach first imo.

The next GM should be paired with the next coach to cut down on the dysfunction. If Josh McDaniels is the next coach, he will want to bring in his own GM. Nick Casario will be paired with Josh McDaniels is hired.
Jimmy needs to hire the right coach and GM then go on a 4 yr vacation let the team get built. Then come back to see how good the team is.

Why would they want to hire a GM right now when they don't know if they will be getting a HC that wants to be the GM? They just parted ways with a good GM.
