  1. Now we wait until someone gets hurt in training camp because nobody is trading for Baker and if you get a 4th or 5th that would be amazing

His hissy fit more than you are willing to admit but you’ve been a baker excuse maker for months

  2. 3 options. One is highly unlikely.

    1. Trade him to Seattle if they offer a fair deal.

    2. Tampa Bay was interested before TB12 came out of retirement and they offer us a fair deal and extend baker to a team friendly multi year deal because the GOAT is not a long term solution. Baker gets to sit and watch Brady for a year leaning how he works and how to be the best professional, while getting his body right and takes over in 2023. This is perfect retribution for TB to reconcile their past when they gave up on Steve Young too soon only to let him go sit behind Montana and then go on to become a legend.

3, the most unlikely one, swallow their pride, sit down with Baker and let him know that there is no market currently for him as a starter in the nfl. Mend fences, convince him to stay in Cleveland for the short term and start while Watson is suspended. Brissett is definitely an upgrade over Keenum but he can’t hold a healthy Mayfield’s jock.

If the browns are serious about chasing a championship this would be their best bet. They could sell baker as an opportunity to rehabilitate his image, brand, and stock with a promise of a trade before the trade deadline.

  3. What the point if the guy don't want to come to Seattle no point
    Bad negative in the locker
So no thank keep him out of Seattle
We don't need u either baker
I rather ride with drew lock 🔐

  4. Browns will have to pay Baker Mayfield 18 million and release him, I'm not sure anyone is gonna trade anything for him. He will start elsewhere and that team will get an almost no cost 1 year rental with no long term commitment.

  5. This should be an ego check for Baker. No team, is in a rush for his services, and he might end up as a back-up. That says A LOT for all you Baker Bros…

  6. Hue Jackson knew knew that Baker was not elite or even a top tier starter. All the Baker drama over. The best Offensive line, he still blew it, best set of running backs, still blew it, had pro bowl wide receivers OBJ Jarvis Landry and tight end Austin Hooper, still could not throw them open or pass the ball to them…Our defense was good. All of this, he stink. Don't no one want him. His Fan boys are a joke. We're real Browns fans not Baker fans

  7. its hard for people to grasp because deep down, they just have hatred in their hearts towards baker. the fact is, the browns butchered the baker situation so badly, that they'll be forced to eat his contract, cut him, or pay someone to take him. teams are unhappy with the browns and won't do them any favors.

  8. Omg, please everyone, pray for these two gentlemen! I'm sure they are "Suicidal" due to the Fate of Baker Manziel! Baker will be fine! He needs to do what Tribisky did. Fo somewhere, get in great shape, and be a "backup", out of sight out of mind! He shouldn't force his way back on the field as a starter. Because if he sucks, again, with no more built in excuses and "Ohio excuse makers", he may be out the league. Right now he is being "humbled", due to lack of interest from other NFL teams. This will make or break him! No more Baker Fan Boy babysitters!!!!!

  9. Browns wanted a first round pick for Mayfield. I agree with that evaluation. But no team is going to give up a first AND take on Baker's contract. I think they can still get a first rounder if they take on all of Baker's contract and eat it, and deal Baker for free money-wise, and one of our third rounders. The idea here is to use the first round pick to grab a start-ready rookie at a position you were hoping to fill by signing a FA with the cap space available from getting rid of Baker's contract. I think this is the best option to aim for in our position with Baker currently. Teams don't want to take Baker right now because teams know the Browns need to cut Baker if they can't trade him, in which case they can swoop in and grab him without giving up anything.

  10. Don't care at this point. Either trade him for a 3rd rounder and pay off mostly his contract or just get rid of him. Just wanna move away from him soon as possible.
