SCORE PREDICTIONS FOR LIVERPOOL VS. SPURS???
I am going 3-1 Liverpool.
It wasn't burnout. Bayern did what they always do – buy the best players from all Bundesliga clubs. Lewandowski, Hummels and Gotze….And if you look at Bayern the past few years, they would be nothing without Lewandowski….
Statman Dave makes new video.
its not about United.
Me: That's suspicious
Could u pls make a video on of koeman could work with fc barcelona
I am with you. Erikson commitment has dropped. Cant blame him. He wants no injury before next transfer window and that causes Spur hugely because their creativity hub has come from him.
Rooney was doing the same thing and had burnout.
Klopp learned his mistakes in Dortmund.
What are you talking about? Spurs' new signings have not been playing because they've been injured, not because they're "not tactically ready"
Difference is that season Borussia Dortmund had a whole host of injuries to key players. Hence why they spent half the season in the relegation zone. It was only when most of those key players came back from said injuries, they managed to recover to 7th.
ya I get it that injuries take its toll on the players. but kanes game does not rely on his pace so ankle injury is a load of shit
Very true
I don't think it is. This would be down to the fact that Spurs are still capable of winning games by large margins, and that the players with their head in the clouds don't care enough. Instead, I think that Spurs just have a bad patch of form with a struggling side, and that they are only percieved to be doing so poorly due to the high standards set from last season.
They should have gotten more free transfers just to backup the squad.
Please can you make a video of how julian nagelsmann could set up manchester united
So I guess Dave didn't make a video like this for man utd because they are shit all along? 😂😂
Breaking news: Statman Dave announced as new Spurs manager. All the former Youtuber had to say to the press was "Let's get this party started."
This will happen to Liverpool in future
I can not ignore the typo at 3:10
Burnout for anyone deducted as much as Klopp is extremely common. No need to term it with his name.
Do a video about SC FREIBURG and they're fantastic start to the bundesliga
Great video. Always been astounded with how much Erickson does for Spurs. Looks like it's catching up, combined with the fact he wants to leave Spurs.
Manchester United should give them Jese and 100million!
One player sleeping with another player's wife splits the team's morale apparently ??? No statman required !!!
I think it's easy to draw parallels between the two sides: failure in a CL final before the collapse, injuries, etc., but I think a huge difference is that much of Klopp's fall from grace in his last season at Dortmund was down to opposition "solving" Dortmund tactically whereas Spurs appear to be more from that burnout/players almost downing tools.
You did briefly mention how opponents could bypass pressing by going long, but I don't think you properly highlighted just how drastically opposition did adapt to negate Dortmund's strengths. They sat narrow and deep consistently to deny any opportunity to counterattack and would play quickly and vertically when in possession to avoid conceding chances to counter-pressing. Klopp's Dortmund really struggled to create chances from open play, so they reverted to swinging in crosses from deep (which were easily dealt with by the opposition).
Spurs generally appears to be more a result from the fact that Rose, Eriksen, Alderweireld, and Vertonghen have all been trying to leave the club for multiple years at this point and they feel they've been compensated unfairly and abused by Daniel Levy. Levy has failed to recruit replacements gradually throughout the last few seasons during the time he should have been preparing for these players' departures. Now he's stuck with trying to replace most of a team (that's already lacking in depth) at once and an unsettled manager who seems to be becoming increasingly more disgruntled week by week.
Their wage structure needs to be broken if they want to sustain success, because they're not going to be able to get away with keeping a world class manager and sustaining a world class squad for more than just this initial cycle (which has yielded 0 trophies despite great results in advancing the club's standing as well as beautiful football on the pitch despite relatively poor investment) if they continue to have players like Christian Eriksen on the same base wages as Jesse Lingard has at United.
I expect an even fuller-blown crisis mode when that quartet walks for free next summer or Spurs lose some number of them in January for extremely cut-price deals. Pochettino will probably move somewhere bigger and better financially (Madrid, United, and Bayern all have their eyes on him, PSG will as well if they encounter any issues with the also world class Thomas Tuchel), and when that happens if they cannot assure their players that they can still compete, their few remaining world class players entering the primes of their careers (Kane and Son, the latter of which has already reportedly been sounding out offers away from Spurs) would begin to reconsider what the best paths are for their respective careers).
My friend a Dourtmund fan said that 2015 season they was unlucky as the dominated games but exactly what you said weak when countered on
Finaly…Something ..Not about man utd..Good job
Why he doesn't play moura I will never know
This was a very perceptive video. I'm not in love with CE currently but the failure to bring in additional creative midfield attacking players has really hampered us this season. We have a lot of finishers (Kane/Dele/Sonny/Lucas) and not too many creators (Lamela?). Starved for service, stagnant in the final third, and lacking incisive passing, the whole attacking juggernaut has ground to a halt. As bad as we are in defense, the root of our issues are in the central midfield (Winks, Sissoko, Wanyama, Dier, Skipp). Bruno Fernandez could definitely be a like-for-like for CE whereas I am less certain about G. LoCelso. Ndombele needs to be a locked-on starter in place of Winks. Poch needs to come up with a Plan B and figure out a way to react to other teams figuring out our tactics. Our midfielders do not put in many tackles/interceptions and lack athleticism, pace and mobility.
5:28 Did you watch spurs v Liverpool?
Can you do a video on if allegri goes to Manchester United.
Are you suggesting Poch is coming to Anfield?
You can't just group all the players together and say on average them players have missed 10.5 games 🤣🤣 that's not how that stat works, Harry winks may have missed something like 22 games through injury but a better player like eriksen may have missed only 2
Klopp won trophies for Dortmund poch hasn’t won nothing for spurs and soon he’ll win the premier league for Liverpool
Great point, I agree!
3 weeks later and poch hasn't left he been sacked
Its happened
Pochettino has been sacked
Mourinho has taken over .
Who would have believed it ?
Your best video by a mile. Genius. Thank you for the wonderful content.
eriksen was never injured in 18-19
GOOD VIDEO ESPECIALLY THE LIVERPOOL MIDFIELD ROTATION SOO KEY!!!
