All I want from Arsenal is offload dead weight this upcoming transfer window. I don't care about signing players. If we offload players this window, we will have funds and roster space for the next window that should allow us to sign players on time to give them a proper pre-season instead of signing them in the last minute like previous signings. ALso we tend to be desperate in January transfer window often signing desperate injury prone players like Dennis Suarez or Kallstroom. Julian Brandt is nice, but if we try to sign him he will cost A LOT OF MONEY. Look at United trying to buy Jadon Sancho, BVB wanted +140 million so what is the point of getting a quality player in Brandt if he will be super over priced and won't live up to the hype like Pepe. I think we all can agree is if we can get a loan deal for Riqui Puig with an option to buy. He comes in and provides depth with ESR at the AM position.

Arteta needs to name 15 players to keep… ALL OTHERS OUT!!! If a good player at reasonable price yes… however I'd rather get rid…. the players left can ride out this season easily top ten. Then see where we are with funds and hopefully more sales if the ones out of the 15 kept we need out get offers…. then I'd look at bringing in… I honestly think bringing in a few good ones to mix with majority crap ones brings the good ones down… so its GET RID FIRST FOR ME!

Brandt is my favourite German Tom he's a very very special player i was gutted when Dortmund signed Brandt for 23m so cheap .
Drew's right Brandt being used in different positions doesn't help any player …I'm very surprised he's available according to 'The Athletic' reports.

I remember Brandt from the WC – one of the few shining lights for Germany. Always looked dangerous when he was on (he also has a good shot in him from outside the box – a la Rosicky)
