Why did the ref have his hand on Melakhusiev at about 8 or 9 when he is on his way up (me counting faster than some refs)??? Almost looking like he holding him down…next picture of Melakhusiev 3 seconds later after they stop the fight he is up and he's fine, eyes focused, feet under him! This surely cannot be the KO of the year, even though he fell on his face!!!

They rushed him& he's paying for it..You see Maguia is fighting a guy that just came off of a loss,and he is the mandatory for Andrade's belt..The same with Ryan Garcia,he fought an elimination fight against Luke Cambell ,for a shot at the WBC title,but he chose to fight another elimination fight with Fortuna,then he has a mental health crises,and pulled out of that fight..He got healthy real fast,and said he will knock Haney out..when all he has to do is let the wbc know to activate the clause,now he's looking for another opponent.

mungia is looking a lot crisper and his combination punching was really nice, eric morales has improved his technique a lot he even has that little hop like morales had. Another thing morales and the other great mexican champs had great defense but they were in there to fight and put on a show.
