Richard Steele took this fight from Taylor! I know it's not a popular opinion among this crowd but you don't stop a fight with less than two seconds to go. Taylor earned the benefit of the doubt He was beating Chavez throughout the fight. Without the stoppage Taylor would have won on rounds awarded. Chavez was that far behind on the cards and yes, I'm a Chavez fan. He's actually in my top five boxers of all time regardless of weight class.

Im not the best at boxing but I think the biggest mistake of taylor was trying to get toe to toe with chavez. He had speed, he should have boxed in the outside while conserving his energy.
