  1. Mark actually has pretty good thickness from the heavy lifting, he even has a bit of lower lat which many bodybuilders neglect. however his structure just will not allow him to ever be competitive. How long till the comp you like like maybe 5 weeks out?

  2. winstrol is strong in that one! 🙂 but it is really annoying how he is tough and unflexible without real body control. especially biceps, he can't use any muscle fiber of it lol. but still very impressive!

  3. Wow, very interesting to see the adaptation and compromises. Harris gave great advice. I hope Bell enjoys his show, his body has changed so much.
