I think Dumfries would be perfect as Everton RB for 3-4 seasons which would allow us time to recruit a younger RB to step into the role afterwards. Also with an injection of pace at the top end of the pitch like a Leon Bailey or Diaby will see us finish in Europe in my opinion! Pace is the key ingredient missing in the team. UTFT

Think max Arron's would have more impact, Holland transfers are risky, championship transfers are pricey but rewarding, grealish, Madison, Ollie Watkins and many more but look at Holland, you get a van de beek or klasseen so I'd go all out on Arron's and a championship dazzling winger or if Moise Kean goes then an Allan Saint Maximan, or a bargain buy from Barca!
