With the squad selected by England I don't see it being a massively fluent performance. I'm gonna go for Eng 38-10 USA with 40-60min of the match being massively frustrating to watch as an England fan and most of our points coming from moments of brilliance by the likes of Cockanasiga, Joseph et al.

I think England were wary of heavy contact in the tonga game and the way they tried to play around that caused a lot of the silly errors. Whilst a decent line up for this one it's nowhere near the starting 15 for the big games and I feel they will ramp up the intensity a bit and hopefully show a bit more of what they're capable of. USA will be absolutely raring to go though having to wait so long to get going and they will come out firing so it will be a fun one to watch I hope.

I know next to nothing about Rugby but I keep seeing so many comments about how the top few teams are so far beyond the rest of the 20 in the cup that it isn't even a contest. Why do they put 20 teams in and have them compete in this weird point gaining scheme instead of limiting it to a few teams and just see who is the best through a playoff system like American Football?

For england to win the WC they need to win 5 tier 1 games on the trot so really englands game plan will be get a bonus point win with no injuries and playing at 65% because there WC starts against argentine!!!!

This is such a relevant game. US absolutely have the potential to pin England down and make it really difficult for them. England are going to be playing at 50-70% and I think the Yanks will look to take advantage of that early.
If they can prevent England from getting an BP, and if they can get a win against Tonga and France this opens up for them. I’m a proud English Rugby fan but god I would love the US to show up this year.
