I don't know if you can say that any CB today is world class. Van Dijk was exposed last year and he had 3/4 years of being absoulte best, Chiellini is retiring soon and guys like Ramos and Bonucci are well past their primes.
I would say that there is upper echelon of soon to be greats and Bremer is in there, if not leading the way. If he manages to polish his 4-at-the-back play I would even say that, yeah, he is the best in the world.

He is close. He is still learning the Italian way and I’m pretty confident he is getting it.
Not World Class… YET, but maybe soon.
Very insecure with the ball on moments and he is not making tackles which is one of the main characteristics of a world class defenders.
