This literally made me cry! Shawn will always be my hero and I'm so proud of if no matter what happens in the next month! If I was choosing the Olympic team Shawn would be on it but unfortunately I'm not. So beautiful

You did it again. You made me cry. I remember watching the '08 AA and it breaking my heart. Your other Shawn AA montage made me cry. Keep up the fantastic work. I love all your montages. Never stop making them!
I love Shawn, her and Nastia are two of my ultimate idols, I’ve idolized her my whole life, she’s one of my all time favorite gymnasts don’t get me wrong but, she didn’t deserve the gold. She took a step on her vault landing & she also made a visible mistake when she planted her arms on the horse, her left arm bent and kind of threw her off, she had a visible balance check on beam, she took a step on her balance beam dismount. In an Olympic All Around Final, all those teeny tiny little mistakes count, the slightest deductions can knock you out of the top spot. Where as Nastia stuck her vault and beam landing, her bars routine was the hardest in the world at that time & had a WAY highest start value than Shawn’s & she performed it beautifully and her Floor Exercise was amazing and beautiful. Nastia was just superior and better than Shawn that day, and that’s the truth, sorry. I say again, I ADORE Shawn so much, but that gold belonged to Nastia. I think ultimately what it came down to was Nastia’s score on bars, it was just too high & after that, Nastia did a solid, great beam rountine with a stick landing & Nastia was just untouchable that day & Shawn couldn’t catch up.
