I hope that in future OLYMPICS they Never again take this long to start a 100m final. It's GREAT buildup and fanfare for the fans + TV viewers but not so for the athletes. As a sprinter you don't want to risk getting cold. Once you take your sweats off in the call-room, the clock in you head tarts ticking towards the gunshot releasing you from your blocks. People who ran know what I'm talking about. Great race though 🙂

If Thompson would have did his PB of 9.77 he would have won Gold. If Fred Kerley would have ran his personal best of 9.76 he would have won Gold. But neither ran their personal best but Noah ran a New Personal Best. He rose to the occasion and Won 🥇 Gold!!!!
