      huh actually hopefully Iran will not dismiss US as minnows. Iran team is by far heads and shoulders ahead of US team. Iran England fighting out for 1st and 2nd in the group.

      I don't know what this guy is talking about. Iran could not even score 1 goal in the last world cup. The only goal against Morocco was a self goal.

      England, or any other British team that may qualify for that group, ie Wales or Scotland, would attempt to take Iran out of their comfort zone by playing fast football. Iranian national team is susceptible to speed. That's why they have to be totally focused for the first fifteen or twenty minutes of each half in order to calm the game down a little and maybe then they can assert their own gameplan. I think apart from England who are the favourites, all other three teams in the group would fancy their chances. I also think England would drop points against some of those sides; I don't think they would progress out of the group with maximum points. I also don't think Iran would be going to this WC solely to beat the US, or the US going there looking for 1998 revenge; I think both sides have moved on from that mindset.

      As an Iranian and fan of Iranian national team what I'm expecting from U.S Iran Game is how media gonna kind of exaggerate this game ( because of the political issues) I hope best for both But Iran more:))))

      It all depends on if the US underestimate Iran. If they do, Iran will haunt them. Otherwise, as an Iranian I think the US has the edge.

      I'd say it's a slight advantage for players to be playing in the middle of the season – a lot of players tend to be fatigued at the end of a season, and then have to go more or less straight into a summer competition

      As a iranian person there is no hope for me to be successful in world cup because our coach is awful and he invite players which doesn't deserve Iran's national team, our coach is kinda chapman and also I have to mention he doesn't call the lineup list for national games but as you guys know our players are incredibly good

      Good stuff guys ! I'm very afraid of Iran !! I'm afraid of the Euro team. I'm just scared. I don't think Qatar is advantageous in any way though, pampered and climate controlled atmospheres will be abound.

      I watched this and the dude actually said he feels like MLS is the best league in the world. His cred was sus at that point but he was great and very knowledgeable and confirmed my fears. 7 points or 0 is it !!! 🎯

      Persian Golf is not only for iranian that matters, also as iportant for other persians like my self from Afghanistan🇦🇫 and some Tajikistan 🇹🇯 guys I know

      As an 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 fan, Iran in the opening game worries me. Feel like it’ll be super frustrating, not sure we have the creativity that Spain or Argentina had at their disposal to break them down and get narrow 1-0 wins in previous tournaments
