Wingback is just one problem for Manchester United. The biggest problem for United since Moyes is the midfield. Amorim needs to fix that ASAP. Cant win anything with Mainoo, Erikson, Casemiro, Mount and Bruno. Mainoo, Casemiro and Erikson and Bruno are unbelievably slow. Mount is the only no.10 player that can work well in Amorim system and he is injured everyday.

Nuno Mendes plays 3-4-3 system on Portugal team. He is one of the 3 "defenders" in the back. Check where he is most of the time in the field, either in the Portuguese team or PSG: Attacking, both on the wing and through inside. On the contrary, Martinez is mostly back. Never attacks. That's why a 3-4-3 system without players from the back participating in the attack, makes it a disadvantage when attacking, it's like playing 10vs11.
Nuno Mendes in most of PSG games is worth 20% of the entire team effort and quality, attacking and defending. It's just stupid that they don't see how important he is in the team and didn't raise him.
