Smart took poor shot selections down the stretch. Need to polished those.
He's been playing through pain. Is he chaotic? Yes. Outside of a few jumpers, he did well today. Love and trust!
Marcus Smart need stop more 3pt attempt
It's crazy how in these highlights he hits 2 FT to make the lead 98-85 for a 13 point lead with 3:35 left. You would think 13 points in this situation is an easy easy victory but some Reason Ime did not use one of last 2 timeouts on an 11-0 run. Smart took 3 awful 3s with time still left on the shot clock and really needed to drive or find one of the Jays to take the shots. He also some reason put it on himself to take the final drive to try and put the game away before Butlers missed 3 but thank god Horford grabbed the rebound and Smart hit the 2 FT I really hope Smart and Ime learned from this situation that was very bad to give the Heat a chance at the tie or lead with a 13 point lead with 3:30 left. All the Celtics had to do was keep driving in the bonus and 2 FT or a made shot off a drive puts the game away with the amount of time left.

I knew the Heat were going to have a chance to win and I wasn’t trusting the C’s to be able to ice the game, which all led to the Butler 3 with about 20 seconds left… it’s incredible how this whole season came to that – it wasn’t our defense (we were off of him) and it wasn’t our offense (couldn’t ice it, barely able to crack 100 pts)… it was an opponents open look that missed short of a bucket by maybe a half a foot.
Can’t get lucky again. That was it. Rest, prepare, and come out fast on Thursday. Steal at least one win in California and see what happens. If any team can take down Golden State, it just might be this Celtics team. Lock down defense or not, we do seem to have fate on our side thus far.
I'm not mad at the shots he took, but he needs to make shots when we have the warriors in rotation. They are going to double tatum it up to guys like smart, grant,al, pp, white and rob to make them pay dearly for it

As good as he played he almost cost us the game in the end. Really poor decision making and shot selection in the end. This was almost similar to his dumb decision making during Bucks-Celtics game 5. He should not have the ball in his hand during these times. His decision making is horrible a lot of the times. It almost seems like he badly wants the glory.

The last minutes of Game 7 made me nervous because of that bricked threes. And that one possession with 11 seconds left on the shot clock and he bricked another three. I mean, you can hold the ball to eat some time and do a play. Nonetheless, a win is a win! Let's go beat the Warriors!!
