  3. Me doing a couple others being like "Damn, I'm not feeling these at all…" coming here and making it only through the first one and being DEAD.
    Did an intense leg work out yesterday, and heavy arms both yesterday and today. Like to focus on one area at a time so I can really focus on specific muscles but just wasn't feeling it for my core. REGRET. 😂😂😂

  5. I've been doing this work out consistently for 2 years about 2-5 times a week. I can vouch that I indeed have abs at 45 🔥

  6. I’m saying this as a beginner of these types of workouts and being over weight. It was hard😂 no breaks, just hard on workouts. But I felt amazing afterwards, feeling great at how I achieved something. And what ima say next is important. Go. At. Your. Own. Pace. I was going kind of slow today, but everyday I’ll get better at it. 👍🏻🫶🏼

  9. Yayyyy this is so helpful! My legs were so sore from yesterdays workout and it seemed every single ab exercise used the legs and i felt hopeless, but this workout gave me that burn without killing my legs!
