I'm glad the FR 1000 bench has been good for you for the last years. Your conclusion is that the decision for which bench to buy is based on your goals. But the AB-3000 is 3 times the cost, as you said in your video.
The 1000 bench has been improved to bring a NO GAP feature to it. also the backrest got wider since the time you purchased your bench. and the front edge of the seat is rounded, and there are foam rollers now. Can you explain how the Rep AB 3000 bench is able to stand upright when not in use? It appears like it is standing on its wheels, and I don't see how that is stable? Thank you
