Good idea with the bobber stopper in front of the chatterbait to negate some of the weeds building up on the front snap, I'll be using that this season for sure!

Greg just got back from Shasta and dude black and blue jig with trailer was killing it. Followed your advice and used that plus tied on a black and blue ZMan chatter bait with a trimmed black and blue ragin craw trailer, money! Caught a ton of fish but didn’t win the tournament, big fish was 3-12 the strike zone seemed to be the best in about 20’ water on main lake and secondary points. I guess you really don’t need a pattern when your catching fish all day.
Can’t wait to watch all these vids from the NC! Congrats on 3rd man! I finally found the live feed from the awards and got to see how it went for top guys. Got to see a bunch of guys I fish against make the top 50 on the last day.

I live 15 mins away from caddo lake. It's huge. Do a lot of flipping against the Cypress trees if you don't get bite doing that go up a small creak arm or get shallow you should find them but it's a pretty tough lake for a bank fisherman

I drove out west to visit the Grand Canyon and Moab, UT and we stopped in Amarillo for lunch on the way out. It's such a sketchy town.

I was so excited watching your progress on day 3. What a comeback and a fantastic finish. It killed me when they took the leader board down. hahaha. I had to wait hours to see the final results!! bro i doubt youll ever reply to this, you are my biggest idle when it comes to fishing, im obsessed with your content and im extremely in my feelings to know that you were less than 5 minutes away from my house last year. Im literally in tears because one thing on my bucket list is to meet and fish with my favorite youtuber. Im glad you had a good time here and i promise you the lake in benton you stayed on has big fish but not very many have been caught recently. I myself have caught a 7.0 even on a yama senko in 2015 my personal best of 10.0 even caught 15 minutes away on Ivan lake in 2019. I hate that i missed you, you were literally seconds away from my house man. I never would have expected to see you in BENTON of all places. Brother it would make me so happy just to hear back from you on here. If you could find the time youd make my day. God bless you and keep up the great content!!
