Why are people acting like he is a top prospect again just because he’s scored a couple. Had an awful game yesterday just got lucky the ball broke out to him for the goal, did nothing but concede possession and misplace passes all game.
Dan James is a great player, but he's lacking in certain areas still. He runs straight at opponents and he only shoots in the spaces given to him. He doesn't create the space on his own.
If he developed his dribbling skills and ability to cross/shoot around defenders he'd be top class.
He didn't lose his way…he was good, then he joined united. End of story 😉
