I was at the game. The Rapids defense was bad, but the offense was the worst. Absolutely stale with no creativity. We looked like we ran out of ideas every time we touched the ball. It was lob to Cabral hour. Infuriating.
Well, that was pretty bad, to say the least. Besides the second goal scored, Beaudry actually played a really solid match. Whether it's 3-0 or 1-0, though, a loss is still a loss. Coach Armas said we aren't going to harp on this, and I believe it's the right approach. Let's move on – everyone in that dressing room knows we can do better next week, and I'm hoping we can. Big match against Charlotte next weekend, let's chase another victory! Go Rapids❤💙
2 Things- Pids NEED a backup closser to Steffen's quality-can you imagine if Beaudry was in goal against SJ? ALSO- STEFFEN would have atleast sent us to ET/PKs if Poch started an IN FORM, keeper who ACTUALLY plays games.
