    Here's a simple recipe for a classic **cheesecake**:

    ### *Ingredients*

    #### For the crust:
    – 200g (2 cups) crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
    – 100g (½ cup) melted butter
    – 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

    – 500g (2 cups) cream cheese, softened

    – 2 eggs
