Joe is one of my favourite Leeds players – in fact I love all the Welsh players (even Karl now 😂🤣) His passion for Leeds is evident and he's always ready to put his body on the line for the mighty Whites! What he lacks in finesse he gains in Welsh grit and determination. Yes please for Joe to in the Prem – and the rest of the Welsh contingent (not Karl though – sorry 🙃) MOT
I’m a huge Rodon fan, i think he is our most important player, rock at the back. I agree with what you say, we need to build next season if we go up, not just rest on players as I don’t want to come down again. I would like to see someone better than him come in so it’s a competition between Rodon and struijk for the second central defender position. That’ll make them better as well fighting for places, but Rodon should have a huge part to play in trying to stay up that first season and building to progress up the league the following years
Kind of player who goes underappreciated because he's good every week.
One thing rarely mentioned is his pace. Hes quick which will be needed. Think people just assume hes not that quick due to his size and brave style of play

Anyone take Darlow as are number 1 in the prem ? personally I would , wales number 1 and plays with DJ , Rodon and Ampadu plus we’re all behind him 100 percent !
I think Rodon screams a Mourinho player. Yes I'm still on that train. He is a proper warrior but i think he would do better in the prem if we forget about high lines and pressing instead opt for a mid or low block. Struijk next to him who's also aerial dominant and more ball playing. We then need to recruit a 3rd cb who 1st XI quality as Struijk has proven he can't be relied upon for a full season.
Rodon definitely deserves his flowers. Seems like every game he goes down with a head injury before popping right back up, always willing to put his body on the line, and is very adept at winning his aerial duels. I think he’ll do alright for us in the Prem.
Would love to see a strong body next to him to give our defense some solidity, given pascals injury record I think we will need 2-3 more CBs in summer. A Jean Clair Todibo or Oumar Solet type defender alongside him would make a really decent partnership. (I don’t know their situations, just throwing names out)
Hopefully the 49ers learned their lesson that Cooper/Koch/Llorente type players lead to league-leading goals against figures, and we can’t be messing around with that nonsense this time around.
If the person behind him is reliable (thats vital) and assuming Firpo goes we sign a very good, defensive LB then its a start – agree we also need cover. The foundation is defence first if we go up – then hopefully we have pace to spring out. When we went down defensively shambolic and non-existent midfield. I'd be looking abroad – English market is a joke, wages and transfer fees.
Let Struiyk go, good as he is when fit, which is rare, he's just not available enough for long enough. We could probably get a good fee toward a replacement.
Great position we are in now.. we just need to focus on each game at a time, stay composed and give it our all . We will not go up without putting in maximum effort
Rodon is a warrior and will be fine in the Prem, but I want to see him with a better centre back partner than Struik who i think should move to the bench.
I'd be happy with Rodon in the back line next season but who with, Pascal is always a game away from injury and I'm not always that impressed with him. Wober I don't think we've seen enough of him yet to make decision, again injured a lot and not enough game time, may be keep them for the bench if suitable upgrades are found.
Rodon and Solomon are, arguably, the only players from this current squad who are worthy of premier league.

Went to some Sheff Utd websites and they all think it’s play offs for them. Yes don’t want to go to Plymouth last day neeeding something. There are still possible banana skins for us – Oxford beat Sheff Utd so we need to be on guard there. Hamer to Leeds in the summer?
He is a solid player. In a perfect world maybe he is replaced down the line. But they aren’t going to be able to flip the entire roster in one window so he is the least of the clubs worries!
Unpopular opinion but I worry about Ampadu and even AO recently. They have really struggled to move the ball forward against pressure. The MF is a big question mark against PL level talent.
Rodon's been a rock at the back, albeit like every player he does have the odd blip. Agreed kagey, he will have his work cut out if we secure promotion, when coming uo against a variety of tricky and skillful premiership strikers. However, if the 49's can secure at least a couple of quality defenders to play alongside him, especially given that we are all aware that at some stage Pascal will have his mandatory 6/8 wks out injured. Then i see no reason why we shouldn't retain his services, and give him a chance in the top flight. Cheers, top man MOT.
Rodons a keeper unlike sick note Struick. Pascal a classy CB but was poor last season and half in EPL. He would be better in say French or Dutch league.
At this point I want us to be looking at the Championship title. It would make up a little bit for the loss at Wembley last year. And the last two times we won the second tier Liverpool won the title so the omens are looking good!

Let’s get it done no last minute slips 😅 I think Rodon stays in the Pl squad but serious investment needed – I’m worried if the manager stays we won’t exploit new (and existing) talent in the PL. so I’d start there tbvh. move on IM, PB, Firpo, Aaronnson, Wober, Harrison needs sorting. Piroe,MJ, Griev (?) at PL? – unsure on the rest. We need a major invest so does at who comes in I’d Keep DJ, Ramazzani, Gnonto, Tanaka, soloman (sign?) Darlow but get a PL keeper as no1 – get rid of any other GKs!

I just hope Leeds don’t get sentimental bringing Phillips back . Just look at bamford how long has he been injured. Go for quality

The Welsh warrior has been my favorite player since last season. I would also like to James and super Willy come with us. Biggest upgrade I think we would need is the keeper (I rate darlow as number 2/3 especially if he saves our season because Meslier would have bottled it).
Rodon is Prem ready, struik is but is injury prone so need back up there, need a left back and back up centre back. That’s before we look at the midfield number 10 and striker
