He sticks with giving the second PK because of his pride. He’s going to hear about this later from his boss. That is not a hand ball. Ball bounces off his leg and body and then hand. His hand was against his body and only slightly out to catch his fall. This is so blatantly obviously not a handball. Get over your pride, ref. (RSL fan)

That second PK was clearly not a penalty at all. The ball bounced off his leg and body, then hit his hand afterward (which was tucked in, by the way). Like the commentator said, what else was he supposed to do? Someone else already commented it, but the ref surely stuck with his initial ruling because he let his pride and ego get in the way. Good thing Quioto missed it… Ball. Don't. Lie.
