  1. I’ve been following Jashari’s development since his debut for FC Luzern, and his progression has been very interesting. You did a great job highlighting his strengths, and I believe he has the potential to become an elite midfielder in a short time. However, is he the type of midfielder United should be targeting? Technically, yes — he possesses many of the key attributes currently missing from the squad. That said, I still have some reservations due to the areas of his game that remain underdeveloped. I also have doubts about whether he can successfully translate his best qualities to the Premier League and to the elite level of football at just 22 years old.

The midfield is the core of a team — the brain, heart, and soul — and I don’t think Jashari is quite ready to take on that responsibility at Manchester United yet. If he were to join, it would need to be as a rotational player — perhaps the first option off the bench in midfield — and that’s the only way this transfer would make sense to me. For such a role, the transfer fee would also need to be reasonable; I would suggest no more than £20 million as a fair price.

In my view, United needs to bring in three midfielders: at least one capable of starting immediately, and two who can develop as key rotational players. Adding names like Ederson, Jashari, and Jobe Bellingham alongside Ugarte would go a long way toward rebuilding the midfield properly.

  2. We've got more than enough multi-millionaire teenagers who haven't got the guts or nous to win games we need to buy some footballers who have the guts and nous to succeed.

  3. Been saying it that we should accept that we missed out on Wharton but there are cheaper players who are as good. Ardon jashari and angello stiller both would cost less than the price crystal palace will ask for wharton. Jashari dominated atalanta in the champions league, he is good. We should also consider senne Lammens as a GK

  4. Y are we linked with expensive players like ederson when these kids are hea, dont be suprised if psg or man city take him

  5. Abit concern about buying the “potentials” to be honest.

A few of them is fine but if that’s the common theme among most of the transfers it’s concerning.

Look at hojlund. He was supposed to be a up and coming top striker but he’s dog shit at United

  6. i think the hardest part about predicting success in the english game is projecting for the pace and physicality of the game. so i really cannot tell if his skillset will transfer successfully when all is said and done. which was why i was miffed when they did not move for onana last window. we knew onana could play in the league.

  7. Club Brugge supporter here that see him play every week. The development of this guy is insane. Its by far the best midfielder I have ever seen in Bruges. He got everything. He can play a decent long ball, he is quick and dynamic. In Belgian newspaper they say that at tis moment PSG is the most interested. It's that 1 player you see every 50 years at a smaller club and you just cry that he leaves. No matter the money we will receive. It's like Frenkie De Jong for Ajax in 2019. I would chop off a finger to let him play 1 more year at Bruges. But he's too good.
