It is very important for the growth of the club to be in Europe season in season out, for us its the enjoyment and for the club its helpful financially, you only have to see how much we've made from a great CL campaign. Have to say comments across lots of online platforms from Villa fans has been OTT, yes we played really badly and lost an important game but the way some are going on you'd think the season has been a total bust, some need to grow up. i've at last learned the brutally painful lesson as a Villa fan of thinking too far forward. i'm not thinking about four wins right now. i'm thinking only about one win. Fulham. ONE. STEP. AT. A. TIME. Up the Villa!
I hope we get Europa but it still looks tough as forest and Chelsea have a game in hand plus a much better goal difference, Chelsea have Liverpool next but they could just play kids as they have already won the league soooo ???

Luke we actuallly get a lot of money for being in Europe based in the last 5 year so we also get a lot of subsidy’s because we haven’t been in Europe and as a club that hasn’t been we get the largest cut form the price pool I would say Villa aren’t 60/70 million from our champions league campaign this season

The performance at city I agree thinking we were going for Fa cup final. Still stunned after we took Newcastle apart.European football is a must and what squad we have but still bemused by the last 2 games I just don’t get it. Normally I think a home win on Saturday but don’t know what team turns up.Ollie needs to be on point and the rest. 4 cup finals ahead it’s like a relegation battle
If we don't get in Europe we will be back to square one, players will leave and we will not attract good players to the club. We could lose so much by not achieving over the next 4 games and also depending on other clubs not to perform, it's a shame because if we look at it another way we have achieved things this season we have not achieved in a long time. We have to remember that we cannot ditch the support if we don't get there, we have to support the team 100% to rebuild. It took Man City a long time to get into their position of supremacy (despite all the cooking the books and getting away with it to date, the rats!) so we have to be giving a strong mindset and realise a top European team does not happen in 2 seasons, it takes years of constant top performances. I'm as guilty as many, almost ditching the team completely at times, then I calm down and look at the fact we have achieved things, just not won anything as yet. Keep strong and keep giving them 100% support …. he says … I will moan like F…. if we don't beat Fulham mind 😀 UTV!
