Lack of stamina is not an issue for him. He makes way more runs up and down the field that would tire out any CB. He likes to go up field which makes him sprint back to his line way more. I would say his offensive aggressiveness is his flaw. He needs to better balance his work rate.

Van Dijk and Maguire are acknowledged to be the best. I agree Van Dijk is a good player but I do not think Maguire is better than Kim.

If you see the whole game you'll know why he lacks stamina at the end. No one in his team come back on counter defense it only Kim.
