Liendo would've gotten the record, if he nailed that second turn as well as the other ones
I don't want to hate, but Liendo has not had a great meet so far… not a single pb yet for him. And… not to hate, but he's a junior who's 2 years older than Dressel was as a senior.
Must be the fastest 100fly field in ncaa history. Like all sub :44s, which would have won in 2022…

Are we going to ignore the fact Liendo no breathed the last 25? The GOAT.
Breath management seems key. Kharun only breathed once on the first 50; Liendo four times. On the last 25, Kharun breathed twice and Liendo not at all.

IMHO, seems swimming underwater half the length is cheating but I guess if all do it then ok. I would rather see no diving and no push off the wall at all. Guess that would make for a long pool!! lol still, does not really… imho make no mistake, these guys are super fast.
