Apparently he was a talented cross country runner in his youth before concentrating on “soccer” so should have a good engine getting up and down the right wing for us .🍀
Great show Hamish nice to see another American that knows something about futbol. Looks like we are going to have a different team after the break? Used to be a lot of Boston lads around here. They do have the best yankland accent. Baah= bar, caah=car😆 etc etc. I'm pumped to see what the team looks like after the break and to pile on the agony on servantco HH i☘️💚🍀
Vikers is not a great defender he is ordinary but again ive seen Celtics best central defenders perform from way back in mid to late 60s and throughout the 70s and 80s ..
Thanks for the much needed content Hamish 🙏 Thanks Larry for the insight. I just don't want him ousting Ronraldo 💚 Hoping JJ is offskie if Johnson works out. Great interview guys. HH to all at 67HailHail 🍀 💚 ☘️
The dilemma is if JJ doesn’t move, we now have 3 rbs although AJ did say he can play at CB. My gut tells me JJ has said he wants a move which is why we have acted so quickly.
Canadian,so Scottish winters will be gravy to him. Also played ice hockey, and as such doesn't mind a challenge."I love a body check" to quote him.I think this will be a very good match.
Hope Alistair Johnstone stays away from the after training booze happenings down fall of many players playing in Scotland. Most top players nowadays don’t drink during their playing days I’m hoping he’s one Hail Hail
Canadian and a fan of CF Montréal (Johnston's old team) here. The analysis is generally spot on, but I want to add a bit on Johnston as a person on top of what has already been saying. He is not only a good guy but also a solid, smart, well-educated one (the reason he was still playing semi-pro until recently was that he wanted to finish his degree). For both CF Montréal and Canada he has been one of the go to players for the media and interacts with both the fans and the wider community. Basically, he is the kind of player who would probably step right into a coaching role when, hopefully, as late as possible, he retires. On top of being a good player, he is also a good ''organization member'', for lack of a better term.
On a broader note, I do want to say thank you for the respect for Canada and the Canadian game I have seen many people, whether media or fans, who commented on Johnston's transfer gave us. Its fair to say we are still a work in progress as a Soccer nation, as we put it, so it means a lot coming from a club with such an old and rich history!

I just hope he can recover from the whole "British household" gaff.

Joe Kennaway, the great goalkeeper of the Exhibition Cup winning team played for Canada.
Top job. Top guest.

I still think Ralston is good enough to take the number 1 spot.
