I would love to see this man lift the prem title for us, but the only way i see it happening is if PSR stopped targetting us and we are allowed to spend on quality players for squad depth to compete in the UCL at the same time
What a guy. What a player. As a toon fan I really want Sunderland back in the premier league. Those derby days are so special and we owe them some thrashings. Doesn’t sit well with me knowing they have the better league record against us in last 10 games. Under Eddie and with the new mackem slayer I think they would be great games for the toon army!

We need 3-4 quality signings to be consistently competing for top 4 and couple of more to be realistically challenge for the title because Leicester like story happens once in a lifetime… We need quality in every position both in the starting XI and on the bench. But, FFP and PSR is definitely an issue because its not easy to generate £50-£60m from players sale while trying to compete at the highest.
