To those who simply are against Gotze leaving Dortmund: many players have went on to different teams from their 'boyhood' clubs. It's something normal and is bound to happen in this day and age of the footballing world. However, the fact that he took the risk of being disliked head on and also took responsibility by claiming the decision was his shows maturity. Keep on it lad!
A little side-note, I totally understand why Dortmund fans would be disappointed, but hey, as a Gladbach fan, I was sad that Reus moved to Dortmund, but again, I don't hate him for making that decision.

Gotze, legend? Far from.
I wouldn't call him a legend even though I'm a Bayern fan. He has high potential, but not as high as players such as Gullit and Viera who are called "legends". Legend is a word with strong meanings but most of the time isn't used correctly. He still needs time to become even more better so he can be know as a true "legend".
Lol Lewandowski is a hero when he left dortmund without them getting any money, but götze is a traitor because he got to dortmund earlier? Let the kid live his life he'll eventually move on again anyway.

I'm a Borussia fan, but i respect all that Mario did in Dortmund. He was awesome to see when he still playing for us. He say that it's his life and was his decision and is true but i think that the loyalty and be thankful to the club that made you who you are, it's more important that take risk. I still thinking that Mario is an incredible player and his goal of the final it's not just lucky, it's sacrifice, attempt, work and love for that you do.
Here's the thing, he WILL become a legend; he will be remembered for scoring the winning goal at the World Cup. Whether he will be remembered for something else remains to be seen.

Reus is better than Gotze at playing but Gotze is just better, why? because Gotze scored a world class volley in the last few minutes of extra EXTRA time in the world cup final, would like to see Reus do that…. Honestly I love Germany so ya know go on Reus.
